Destination Drive Phase 2 is located just off of Winston Churchill Boulevard, at Erin Centre Boulevard, in Mississauga.

The FirstHome program, for those who may not be familiar, combines an achievable deposit structure, incentive-driven low monthly carrying costs, and partnerships with financial institutions to make qualifying for a mortgage more accessible, so that individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life can better get a foothold in the housing industry.
